TALEA was established in 2014 by law enforcement professionals as a grass-roots developed, non-profit association to provide high quality, low cost analytical and investigative training. The Association quickly grew to have members from 20 states and Canada from local, county, state, federal, correctional, and military organizations. Our conferences cater to all law enforcement professionals by bringing in nationally known and local experts who speak about current and trending topics in the law enforcement community. Our conferences are TN POST certified and blend all-day training with fun networking events, vendors, and free breakfasts to facilitate a high value training experience.
